🕒 Processing Time

• All items are made to order. Standard orders typically take 2–4 business days to produce.
• Custom or personalized items may require 4–6 business days, depending on design complexity.
• Large or bulk orders — defined as 10 or more items — may require 7–10 business days for production. We’ll confirm your estimated timeline within 2 business days of receiving your order.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected service.

🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

• U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.
• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

📍 Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your shipment anytime using the carrier’s website.
