I had a really good experience with Off-Grid Engraving. They were easy to communicate with, very responsive, and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated that they sent me a proof first and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before they started engraving.
I brought them five leather cigar holders for a custom project, and they came out great. They paid attention to the little details and were very patient with me while we got the fonts, placement, initials, and titles just right.
I also thought it was such a nice touch that everything was packaged so well when I picked it up, and they even included a candle as a gift. That was completely unexpected and very thoughtful.
You can tell they care about their work and their customers. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about off-grid engraving. I had a very short timeline and Marcus worked with me to make it happen. He was a great communicator and made everything so easy. The work on my tumblers was even better than expected! He did beautiful work and gave me exactly what I wanted. To top it all off, he packaged them each in nice boxes with tissue paper. They shipped out exactly the design I wanted for my keychains, I just wanted a basic wooden decor for them, but they do glass, wood, ceramics and other types of engravings as well. Very respectful company and I'm definitely just going to go to them for any other decor I want for my home. They also sent me a gift with it for buying from that so that was a plus+
