Wow! I can’t say enough good things about off-grid engraving. I had a very short timeline and Marcus worked with me to make it happen. He was a great communicator and made everything so easy. The work on my tumblers was even better than expected! He did beautiful work and gave me exactly what I wanted. To top it all off, he packaged them each in nice boxes with tissue paper. They shipped out exactly the design I wanted for my keychains, I just wanted a basic wooden decor for them, but they do glass, wood, ceramics and other types of engravings as well. Very respectful company and I'm definitely just going to go to them for any other decor I want for my home. They also sent me a gift with it for buying from that so that was a plus+
